"Match" Not Working

Version 4.108.0

I’ve added a couple things in the last few days and they are not auto-Matching. When I try to manually Match, it comes up empty immediately.

Select Search Options. Fill out the subsequent window’s fields and search:

The search should result in matches you can select.

I have done so. It instantly comes back with no results.

Still no luck. It seems like it doesn’t connect at all and just immediately returns a null response

Hmm, no matching even with the ID? I think it’d be best to provide the server logs at this point. Someone might be able to scan them and figure out what’s up. Make sure to attempt a match a few times, wait a minute, then pull the logs.
