Server Version#: 1.32.3.7089
Today I am unable to Match any content. New Content is unmatched, when I click Match, put in options and hit search, I get No Matches Found. If I do AutoMatch and select PlexMovie, I get No Matches were found using this agent. Is the PlexMovie Agent down? I have had my server running a couple years and never encountered this.
Try using imdb-tt0465538
as per the https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-movie-media-files. You need to include source and id.
I will try that. However, shouldnât I still be able to do a Fix Match and Search Options and have Matches found? I know that has always worked, and worked until today.
The id alone should work in the search field. ( You do need the source if using in file name)
There have been a few scanner fixes since then. Though i have a feeling it is not related if matches were working for you yesterday. Have you tried restarting or looking at your server logs for errors?
I greatly appreciate your help on this. I plan to restart the server when I get home this afternoon. I have downloaded the server logs, but I am not experienced in looking at those, so I donât really know how to see the errors there?
Lines in the logs will literally say âErrorâ in them. Just do a find in whatever app you are using to view them.
Probably want to look at the Plex Media Scanner Matcher.logs as the Plex Media Server.logs to start
There were a couple of these in the Server log
Also this was in the Matcher log. This is one of the files that wont match.
that https error could be caused by a few things like DNS rebinding. I would definitely just try restarting server first though when you get home.
Restarting the server looks like it took care of it. Thank you for your help. I shouldâve done the âunplug it and plug it back inâ before I started asking questions.
