When I try to match a movie it doesnt find anything and when I try to do a fix match it says it cant no matches found.
what can i do to fix it?
What āSearch Optionsā did you try? The capture you show is usually blank when you attempt to first open fix match. In the search options separate the title and the year and it should find what you are after.
Example:
Searching using the ID for the movie. So assuming itās āLaw Abiding Citizen (2009) ā The Movie Database (TMDb)ā then search using tmdb-22803 and itāll find the movie.
Using your settings above I select search and get the proper results. I take it you donāt get any?
If i put ātmdb-22803ā where the title needs to be it still says no matches found
even if i do it without the year.
Okay, Iām guessing something is then failing on your end, maybe DNS lookup or something else. Anything in your logs? Maybe upload the logs so the community can take a look.

Any network problems on your side? Have you tried a restart?
Everyday my NAS crashes and i need to restart my whole network.
It all happend after this,
but after restarting everything is fine.
Okay, have you tried upgrading to the latest version. I believe the current beta was made publicly available earlier today. Maybe thatāll help.
Anyhow, the fix match problem is most likely caused by not being able to connect to the plex metadata servers.
that issue was only related to servers running on Windows.
I was running this version 1.23.5.4801.
But after updating to version 1.23.5.4841 and restarting my NAS it seems like it is fixed.
