Anyone know what Has Voice Activity means within the media details of the dash app?

I bet it’s magic subtitle alignment voice activity analysis, but I’m curious to know for sure.
Ah, could be.
I’ve that feature disabled which could be why it’s blank. I’ve never had trouble with subtitles so didn’t bother enabling it.
