Media is gone from web interface, but nothing seems to be wrong

No local libraries shown in web interface or on tv app. Instead it tells me to get a media server.

I am not sure what went wrong, I moved house and when I booted the computer everything was fine except for my Plex instance (running in Docker, setup via Portainer). This is a OMV6 basic server that I mostly mount on my PC and just access with SMB. I have other docker images that seem fine.

The mounts for my movies and tv shows are as they were, and when I use BASH inside the docker container I can access those directories just fine, so Plex should be able to. I can do this from SSH into the main box and then access it fine. Portainer looks fine, volume mounts and everything I can see that might be related.

If I sign out and in again (web interface) there is no change, I only get offered online stuff and no local libraries nor does it start the setup wizard again. I cannot see any way to re-add them. I removed them from the web interface and they were broken thinking it would give me a option to add them again. It did not.

My log file has some errors, but nothing relevant, what do I try next, I am stuck? Thanks in advance.

I haven’t found a solution, I will probably just try rebuilding it from scratch over the weekend. Will close if that ends up being my solution.

Somehow that didn’t work, deleting the entire config directory and rebuilding the docker container and I still auto login and nothing works. I can stream stuff online but not local library, i cannot get the wizard to start, i feel like just doing the wizard again might fix it, but it wont start, i can’t trigger it.

I don’t get why I am struggling with this so much and there are no solutions online. Plenty of people hitting this problem but none of the solutions seem to work for me. Any suggestions welcome. Tomorrow I am going to hunt down any left overs and really do it from full scratch.

It’s been a long week and I just wanna chill and watch some TV but no, Plex has other plans!
