When I switch to a different active window, plex is playing on different monitor, I cannot control video playback via the media keys. This is working with the non-beta app.
I guess this is in the known issues.
Media keys (on K70 and when mapped to Steam Controller) work absolutely fine for me with the application focussed, not focussed, on a separate monitor, or even minimised.
There is a bug that we’re trying to track down that stops some media keys from working correctly. For the moment I added some code that would allow those non-working keyboards to at least be able to use them while the app is focused. We’ll fix this fully in future.
Since recently I’m finding the issue now exists when using my K70. The keys work when the app has focus, but they don’t work outside of the app and the windows media playback toast thingy doesn’t show anything playing. The issue seems to only exist for video playback- music seems fine.
