[Request] Plex Media Player - Add support for function keys

I would love to be able to control the Plex Media Player using function keys on my keyboard and headset. It is sometimes hard to find the Window that plays the music in my messed up desktop. xD

I know that this wasn’t possible with Plex Web in browser, but now that you put the WebUI in Plex Media Player, this should be as easy as writing 10 new lines of code.

Function keys are supported, but only when Plex Media Player is in focus. See this thread, and Like to “vote” for it.

2022 clean-up: implemented / obsolete (app has been discontinued and replace by Plex HTPC which seems to also support the requested feature)
