After the total fiasco with the Plex Windows Store version i swapped to Plex Media Player and i am really happy with it. However there is one thing that is not working as expected. The media keys only works when Plex Media Player is the active window.
I have i have for example chrome or a game active i am unable to pause/play Plex.
I am using Windows 10.

This is supported when running under macOS currently, but not Windows or Linux. We do have an issue open to add support though.

Still the same issue, i love Plex but i have learned the hard way to not have faith in issues getting solved, all from simple thing like media keys support or what ever happens with the Windows store app or the sync issues we have been struggling with.
I just let Plex dev team do there own team since they don’t communicate or listen to the community but yet still make a good enough product that its hard to leave and find an alternative.
