I have now updated my server ( Synology DS 918+) for the first time via the package center to 1.18.5.2309. Now I have the problem that the media library contents have disappeared across all clients ( players ). I can still log in on Smart TVs, Tablets, Android TV, Fire TV and watch movies and series that I have started. But when I switch to the media libraries they are empty. Here comes only the hint that I have to add content. Of course this is not right, because they are all still there. If I access the server directly via the browser, I can still see all the libraries, only the players have completely disappeared. What can I do ??
Thanks for the quick response. But then I solved the problem in a different way. After I removed the rights from Android TV (only one client), uninstalled the app and then set up Plex again, the media libraries were available on all other clients.
