Could we have the ability to flag an item using some rules to either be archived (perhaps onto an off-line hard disk) or deleted please? If it is archived, then also the ability to flag the item to be retrieved and put back on-line.
The benefit of this would be that items that perhaps do not age well (e.g. a TV programme) are removed to free up space but can be searched for, found and made available.
