Plex Server: Version 1.26.0.5715
Running on Docker via plexinc/pms-docker:latest [ 13 days old ]
I just dropped a single music title into an existing Artists folder (mp3). Verified the ID3 tags. Played the file using MusicBee, all good and set.
Checked and the track does not appear in the server.
Checked the logs in PMS and I found a single entry in localmedia log:

which says it saw the file and read it, but nothing else, no errors, and no other activity.
The format is:
/nas/Music/Artist/Album/## - trackname.mp3
Verified access/permissions, deleted the folder, waited and re-added it.
Forced a scan on the browser UI, “Scan Library Files”.
Forced a “Refresh all Metadata”.

Any thoughts on why it isn’t getting picked up?
