Media PC is Currently Unavailable on LG TV but not on my Win Laptop remotely

Hello. I am currently at a friend’s house that I frequently visit. The last time I was here I installed the Plex app on their LG TV and had no problems running my content on my server from home. I also have a Win10 Dell Laptop.

I am back at the house and I could not connect to my server. It kept saying that the server was unavailable.

I have reinstalled Plex Media Server on my home PC.
Removed and reinstalled the Plex app on the TV
I’ve allowed access remotely

I’ve played around with some other setting but the problem I have is it works fine on my windows laptop but it doesn’t work on the LG TV. Which tells me it’s not a setting in the Plex Server unless the LG TV now needs something different.

Anyone else have this problem that solved it?

I think I have same issue. I have Samsung TV where I have Plex installed and connected to my PC where I run Plex media server. It was working fine before, but now I often have this issue that when I turn on my TV it says that my PC is unavailable, however it’s turned on. Only thing that helps is to sign out from my TV Plex app and then link it with my media server. I also posted about this problem here today, but no reply from Plex admins so far :frowning:
