LG tv cannot see one server

I have 3 plex servers in my house serving different content. One of these is a HTPC sitting underneath the tv. I can switch the tv to the HTPC input and watch stuff from there, but more commonly, and more family friendly, content is viewed from any of the servers by using the app on my LG C1 tv. Both the tv and the pc are plugged into the same network switch.

All the servers seem to be working okay. From a laptop I can access content on any of them. The tv works with other services such as Netflix so I know there is no network problem. However, the Plex app on the tv cannot access the PC sitting right under it, despite there being a very direct connection. ā€œ[server] is currently unavailableā€. It can access the other two servers, which are elsewhere in the house but connected via Homeplugs.

I can only think there is some problem with the app on the tv. I suspect there has been an update to this today, as I had to agree to terms of service in order to access Plex on the tv at all this evening. However, despite having potentially isolated the source of the problem, I havenā€™t a clue how to resolve it.

Any ideas?

Resolved this, found the ā€˜resetā€™ option in the tv app and did that. Needed to sign back in again and all good now.

I also am experiencing issues with playback on LG C1. I get the same ā€œNetwork unavailableā€ message. I am able to access the server via web browser on my PC as well as via mobile without issue.
