Media Server computer crashing every night

Server Version#: 1.32.2.7100
Player Version#: not applicable

The server computer has been crashing every night between 1 and 3 AM with a bugcheck. Recovery is usually automatic. Has been occurring for several weeks.

From the memory dump, it would appear that Plex Transcoder is interacting with AuthenticAMD.sys.

I have included the Plex logs and the bugcheck analysis.

It looks like Plex is having trouble generating intro markers for a Dr. Who episode, F:\TV\Doctor Who 1963\Season 03\Doctor Who - S03E03 - Air Lock (3).mp4.

This happens during the maintenance window, ~2am to ~5am.

It is having trouble analyzing the audio track in the file. These error messages repeat ~120K times in the Plex Media Server.log files.

As a test, move Dr. Who s03e03 out of the library, where it will not be scanned by Plex, scan the library & empty trash.

Then let scheduled tasks run overnight and see if it runs without crashing.

I moved the Doctor Who episode as you suggested 2 days ago. There have been no crashes since then.

I tried to play that episode using VLC and it froze about a minute in.

Thank you
