Server crashing once a day

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349
Player Version#:
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
As the title says my plexmediaserver has crashed 2 days in a row now. I took a quick peak at the logs but not really seeing anything standing out. Server usually runs pretty rock solid so scratching my head a bit.
Server Specs:
Ubuntu 22.04
36GB DDR4 RAM
Transcoding on Quadro P2000
Intel Xeon E5-2699

Any extra eyes on this would be greatly appreciated. Ya’ll are always so helpful on here. Thanks so much.

I ended up rolling back to 1.32.5.7328-2632c9d3a and have not had the plexmediaserver.service crash since…

So I decided to give this a run again with 1.32.6.7557-1cf77d501 but after a short time plexmediaserver service crashed. Attaching crash logs. Not sure what’s going on with any newer version I try crashing my server but it’s pretty discouraging.

The DMP log file doesn’t tell us anthing.

The Server DEBUG logs, captured immediately after the crash, tell far more about what was happening.

Sorry about that. I always forget. Here’s the logs pulled from plex webgui.

thanks for that

Were you playing (transcoding) to an android-based device at the time?

If so, which one? If not, what was playing? I see the transcoder was active.

Yes. A friend of mine uses what looks to be an Amazon fire stick. He was playing some older movies that I have on my server.

I am probably going to need a sample (a ‘dd’ snippet) of the video he played

I have several players here (FireTV is one) and I’ve not experienced this issue so need to recreate if I can.

Preferred size and do I just upload it here?

250 MB is a good size.
I’ll send you a PM so you can share a download link.
