Everytime I load the Plex Media Server it stays open for 20 seconds to 2 minutes and then crashes. Have reinstalled, redone media. Can’t figure it out.

The last things in your are related to plug-ins so i would check there and remove them.
Check the plug-ins folder. There may be files still around causing the issue. If not, then can you upload another log after the next crash? There may be a pattern.
Please zip and upload the whole logs folder, not just one accidentally selected single log file. (which most likely bears no importance for the issue at hand.)
Here is the zipped file from the crash this morning.
How much free space is left on drive C:?
Please take a look into the plex data folder, subfolder \Plug-in Support\Databases
How large is the file com.plexapp.plugins.library.db in there?
Did you recently swap the GPU or CPU?
Or did you install a different graphics driver?
Did you recently enable hardware transcoding?
Any recent changes in the BIOS?
No, no changes have been made other than standard windows updates.
Ohhhhh, this may have been it… I rolled back the latest NVIDIA update and it seems to be working.
I’m having the same issue. Also have no plugins installed, and databases appear to be healthy (checked with the sqlite commands in this Plex article).
I had the same issue a couple weeks ago, had to completely uninstall Plex (after creating a backup), reinstall it, and restore the backup. Everything worked fine for a couple weeks and now it’s happening again.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
This is how mine fixed. Had an update and it was set to dedicate for graphics needs in my NVIDIA settings. Once I switched it back to use for computer needs also it stopped crashing.
