Media server not found. The server you're trying to access doesn't seem to exist

Hi i have seen several entries saying Media Not Found, however i keep getting Media Sever Not Found. I have tried uninstalling Plex and downloading the latest version but still get the same thing over again. I can’t access the General tab to load debubbing logs as it isn’t present without a server showing. I am using Windows 10 x64 and i’ve been using Plex for years, this has happened since the last update and if i try and find and install a previous version, the same happens
