Plex Media Server Cannot find my files anymore

Hello, I am having one heck of a problem with my PMS. I updated Windows 10 after having my computer in storage for 5 months, and now none of My Media shows up. When I click on the plus sign, it says I need to download PMS. But I have and it’s running. I can’t figure out if this is some kind of login problem or what. All the files worked previously and they are all still there. I can access them with Windows File Explorer or Kodi, but not Plex. I am wits end…I can’t contact Plex support to ask them if there is something wrong with my login as it sends me to forums.

Has anybody seen this or know a fix? Plex came back to life 1 time and I thought it was resolved, but it didn’t last. Now it doesn’t see my media again and keeps sending me to the downloads page.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
