When I click on the Plex icon in the tool tray of my W10 laptop, the media server opens in Firefox, my default browser at http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html. Except there is a sign in button with my email listed. When I click sign in, it looks like it’s logging in, then it brings up another screen that says “There was an error signing in”. I’ve been using this configuration for a long time without a problem. Now it doesn’t work. If I use the same address on Explorer, it works fine. I’ve logged out and back in again and it still doesn’t work. it started doing this a week or two ago.
What could the problem be? How do I correct it?
