2 different PCs with OS Windows 10, no media server settings available, i.e. I can’t add or manage my own media. I only see GET PLEX MEDIA SERVER on address http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/get-plex-media-server.
On 1 PC, this happened after logging into another Google account, while the server itself is running, on another device I can watch my added media.
On PC 2 this happened after reinstalling the media server.
You need to sign into the web app with the account that administrates the server to see server settings. There is not any server showing as part of the account you are using on this forum.

You sign into the web app with the administrator account and to de-associateed with that account you go the claim settings under General Settings and sign our there. The web app interface is not the server.

why would you not have access to your account? You seem to have multiple accounts and are just signed into the web app with the wrong one.
