Media Server unavailable after Plex and Freenas update

I had an old version of Plex and thus it was not working for the last 3 months. I had time today to update FreeNas to 11.3 U5 and updated the Plex from shell with pkg update and pkg upgrade.

After completing this, I can no longer see my media server in Plex.

I am a novice and created this media server with lots of help from YouTube videos. It was working great for 2 1/2 years.

I would greatly appreciate any help.
