Media server web page not loading after Windows updates

Installed windows update on 9/14/2020 and since then, the media server browser page won’t load. Media Server says its running in task manager but no devices can connect to the server now - presumably because it hasn’t really launched. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling media server but still the same problem.

I think that i have the same problem and no solution yet.
