can I play media video storages on my shared folder Gdrive?
if yes, how can do it?

You’ll want to use the Google Drive app to make the media accessible

Given the amount of I/O and reading of your files which will be needed, neither Google nor Cable providers who impose usage quotas will be very pleased and, as has already been seen, accounts have been throttled for excessive API traffic to Google Drive.

Your better option is to rent a server somewhere and make all the interconnects via the cloud.
