Media files are on an Unraid share. Plex is installed in a Windows Server VM on that Unraid server.
I’ll get straight to the point. I started a new Plex server and pointed it at a huge library if that detail is important. A lot of the media is reporting “Video: None and Audio: None” and will not play (error s1001 network). The files play fine with Windows media player. If I analyze the files, they finish analyzing basically instantly and it does not fix the issue. If I copy the movie from the Unraid share to the Windows desktop and back, then analyze, it works.
Renaming the Plex windows folder and recreating the library did not fix the issue. Resetting the Linux file permissions also did not fix the issue. Repairing the database did not fix the issue.
Any ideas as to what could possibly be the issue or just anything I can try to fix it?
