Plexweb: Version 4.76.1
Server Version 1.26.2.5797
Media that previously loaded now doesn’t work through any of my plex players. I have noticed that it says ‘video none’ and ‘audio none’.
However, if I try to open the file(s) in another media player - it works without an issue.
I have tried:
- checking that the path to file in plex hasn’t changed
- checking file permissions
- running ‘analyse’ for the affected files
- running ‘analyse’ for entire library
Yet the problem persists.
Could anyone help me out with what other steps to take?
