Mediathek not updated after deletion of media files

Hi everyone,
strangest thing: plex is not updating my mediathek (“TV-Serien”) after the deletion of media folders/files - sometimes it works (for media downloaded before my upgrade to DSM7) the other times it won’t (after that said date) …if i press “MEdiatheke einlesen” it works fine. but not automatic I played around with all kinds of rights etc. but cannot figure out what the hell is going on. JFYI: the other mediathek called “Filme” works like a charm, no problems there yet … Thanks in advance if someone could take a closer look, my logs are attached,
