Unavailable media can't be remove

After updating to the latest server version unavailable media cannot be remove.

I have tried optimizing database, clearing bundles and then empty trash, with no luck

Have you disabled the ability to delete media in Plex?
(Settings - Server - Library - ‘Show Advanced’ - “Allow media deletion” )

Does the folder E:\Serier still exist?

Yep, “Allow media deletion” is disabled as I don’t want to delete media files via the Plex interface - only via Windows explorer.

I have temporarily enabled “Allow media deletion” and now it is “Optimizing database” - It did something similar when i updated the Plex server.

The folder E:\Serier still exist…

Did you perhaps add this tv show separately to your library, on the “Add Folder” tab?

No, E:\Serier is the folder added in libraries…

just to be clear - with “Allow media deletion” when talking about “media” it is the video files and not metadata like posters and stuff, right?

Correct. However, if the actual media files are already gone, you are removing the metadata from the Plex library when you press “Delete”.
