Memory Leak - Plex Server (1.41.2 or 1.41.3 (beta) While Playing Content

Server Version#: 1.41.2 or 1.41.3
Player Version#: ALL Players (IOS on iPhone, IOS on iPad, Nvidia Shield Player

Host System: Proxmox 8.3.0
VM: Linux Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
Meteor Lake Ultra i7 155H CPU
PCIe Passthrough for the GPU

When playing direct play content on any player, the content is streamed perfectly to the player, but the server will continue to eat up memory as long as content is playing. As soon as you stop playing, memory use will hold. Start playing again and memory will continue to climb. While playing 1080p content, with 5.1 sound, all direct play, base memory used on the VM went from under 1GB to 15GB during the single movie.

Confirmed it is NOT DLNA or any other service. Only happens when content is playing.

Any thoughts?

Decided to migrate this to a Docker version using Portainer and HW Transcode instead of directly installed to Ubuntu 24.04.01 LTS.

Proxmox 8.3.0
Ubuntu VM 24.04.01 LTS
Passthrough of the Intel ARC GPU part of Meteor Lake Ultra i7
Docker run via Portainer utilizing /dev/dri passthrough for hw based transcoding

Memory leak is now gone running via Docker instead of native on Ubuntu. Assuming the memory leak still exists for installs that are directly installed on Ubuntu with my hardware/versions.
