Hello, so a couple of weeks ago I got the fun error saying I had a corrupted database, I held my breathe and tried the Repair a Corrupt Database with no luck. Even with some of the older backups. So to get up and running I just started a new database and kept a backup of the old database.
I was taking a look at the old com.plexapp.plugs.library.db file and found the table metadata_item_views and tried inserting the old table at the end after updating the ID number. So that it didn’t conflict, but that didn’t seem to do anything. Upon loading it into the Databases folder and relaunching Plex, it didn’t seem to mark the imported views as ‘watched’ in Plex and didn’t let my dashboard load. So sadly it wasn’t as easy as inserting the old modified table, I’m assuming one of the other columns isn’t happy, but haven’t dug further into it yet.
Anyone have an experience with adding back old ‘views’ manually?
