“This server is not powerful enough to convert video.” is a general message that is incorrect and misleading when a file format like .mkv is not supported.
Recommend messages to be made more specific and useful so that users of PLEX are not ending up confused/frustrated and then abandoning PLEX altogether for a minor fixable issue!
