hello,
i have 12 TB of movies and tv shows on my plex at the moment, i was wondering how i would make a backup of my settings and all of my meta data and images. so if anything happens i can paste it back it to the folder and it should show all my meta again?
Also i was wondering about the sync feature for plex pass how does it work does it make a cached version for my phone to watch offline does it take up space on my hdd’s? and if so how do i get the space back after i have stoped watching it offline

Plex server will make an optimized version of your video.
This will get stored in your cache/Transcoder /Sync folder until it has been actually downloaded to your mobile device/cloud storage.
To remove it from your device, you unsync it. This can be done several ways.
