So, like many other people running on a ReadyNAS 212 I was unable to stop the service in order to upgrade the server. So based on advice I saw in other posts, I installed the 1.11 version from the ReadyNAS 212 store. At the time, I updated and refreshed all my Metadata and it appeared to work as normal. I then proceededPlex Media Server Logs_2020-03-26_17-03-21.zip (7.2 MB) to update (from the app store) to version 1.18.9.2571. This afternoon, all that metadata appears to have gone. My posters have all changed to scenes from the movies and other data appears to have gone as well. I remember a time when we used to have a choice of options for posters. But that is gone as well. Logs are uploaded.
Any help would be appreciated. How can I get things back to working (so well) before I tried to upgrade from 1.17 to 1.18?
