I have collections of most of the animated shorts for the above-listed studios, but I can't find any place to get the metadata. TVDB XML Fetcher doesn't seem to work for any of them. They list a resource number, but none of them pull in the metadata. The program says the content can't be found. Does anyone have any ideas?
No idea what the TVDB XML Fetcher is...but guessing the names you are using aren't matching.
Are these the xml's you are looking for? I've got a ton of the Looney Tunes and Disney shorts in my plex library, all seems to match well. You gotta use their ugly scheme where the year is the season, but otherwise it works.
Hey folks. Glad I stumbled across this thread. I have a question regarding Looney Tunes. I have a lot of the originals on my hard drive and was just wondering how to name them so Plex gets them properly done? On TVDB it shows Duck Amuck as 1953x6 Duck Amuck. But I'm unsure on how to name them for this. Many thanks for any help.

season is 1953 episode number 6:
Looney Tunes s1953e06 Duck Amuck.ext
Looney Tunes s1953x6 Duck Amuck.ext
I always use S before season and E before episode. So yeah.
Looney.Tunes.S1953E06.whatnots.ext
