Metadata for songs in concerts

Hi,

I try to convert some concert dvds (.iso format) to .mp4 with handbrake to play them with Plex. After convertion, I still have chapters but they are unnamed (Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc.) Ist there any chance that Plex can regognize the chapters and find the song titles dir the chapters?
