Can somebody please help me back up my metadata on my PR 4100 Western digital my cloud I can’t access the the files that are part of the operating system apps I have somebody send it to me a long time ago and I can’t find their post I’ve been busy with this covet thing but I really need to back it up.can somebody give me step and step instructions or send me to a link to help me it would be amazing I appreciate everybody’s help please this is the one thing that’s very important to me

Everyone never mind I found a guy online thank you so much He’s going to step by step uploaded 10 months ago hadn’t looked in a while so I’m glad I looked one more time but I looked for a long time couldn’t find anything so I didn’t think it was made.

Thank you sooo much for sharing!!! I have seen several people ask for a how to help for SSH access to backup the Plex databases / metadata / etc… and the answer is usually learn it on your own as I will not accept any risk of you screwing it up.
I am tech savvy…just never done it before. This really helped. I am backing up my data now.
I know one or two other threads where this will really help. I am going to refer back to your post above to help them out too.
You’re welcome bro for years I couldn’t find the way how to do it too in the step-by-step instructions were terrible so I gave up and then I was just like gosh dang I need to get this done and I watch this guy all the time alongside them and I searched online and he kept like what the heck he has a video for this
