Can anybody please steer me in the correct direction I want to backup my metadata for Plex on my WD my cloud pr4100. and I can’t find it anywhere how to do it step-by-step or if it is on the YouTube videos it’s bull crap and doesn’t work please help I just can’t stand having to redo my movies if something goes wrong I want to be able to back him up and how to add them back after 2 that would be great
sorry but that doesn’t help me with anything that’s why I asked somebody the Western digital you really can’t access unless you install another program or something the internal installation files and stuff so I need help on how to do that or somebody can write me to the correct video or what or something else cuz the Western digital my cloud pr4100 that’s the one I need help with
