I’ve started setting up some Plex libraries over the last couple weeks, and am realizing that I would like to organize things a little bit differently, mainly by combining my DVD and BluRay libraries (currently separate because that’s how I was storing the titles) into single libraries for Movies, Television, etc.
If I were to move files from one folder to another on my NAS, and then set up new combined libraries, will the metadata that I used in the original libraries follow the files to the new location?
