new to plex, initially sorted all my libraries, all worked fine. added some new content, and the metadata isnt being picked up at all, nor it it finding any subtitles. it was the subtitles i cared more about so tried installing subzero, still nothing. i think its porbably my fault, maybe something to do with the agents but i really cant figure it out, so any help would be appreciated. attached is a picture of my agents list.
I would think if you add/remove agents then you will have to refresh the contents to use the new agents.
Also, I’m not a big fan of having LMA anywhere but the top of the list.
Anyway, are these subtitles you want local(stand-alone *.srt files) or are you looking for online subtitles?
Sorry I should have said; after any changes I’ve made I’ve refreshed metadata (that’s the button I’m supposed to click to reload this stuff yeah?)
I’m looking for online, and it’s worked before but now for whatever reason I’m getting nothing online, not subtitles, not episode info, not even episode name.
Moving LMA lower down the list was advice from somewhere within a subzero forum, I can change it back though, why is it a problem?
