Have a cloud server that’s been pretty much perfect for months. Media is mounted via RAI drive which I tried switching my login credentials to my second account (same path to media) and realized it still started un-syncing my media. I quick stopped and logged back in with the original name.
1500 of my movies had to be re-scanned which it did successfully, but it’s not re-grabbing about half of the cover arts/description/etc. I’ve tried restarting server, tried clicking “refresh metadata” (which works on some, but not a lot), re-scanned / optimized / emptied trash, etc. I’m not sure if maybe it’s an API limit for the day with Gsuite or something, but is there anything else I can try? Even doing “Fix Match” and selecting the 100% likely file, some aren’t even updating
