Movie metadata not loading

Greetings, Plex forums! I can’t seem to be able to update metadata on my Plex Media Server. I noticed this today when I refreshed metadata on a single film: the round circle spins over the cover art for about 5-10 minutes or so, and when it stops, the metadata has not been refreshed. I first thought this was an issue with this particular film, so I added a new movie to my library. When adding a new one, it successfully matches the film (after a much longer time period than normal) but does not download any metadata, exhibiting the same behavior spinning the orange wheel over the poster for a long period of time and coming back with nothing.

Any ideas? It’s probably been a week since I did any organization in Plex. Since that time, I’ve updated the Plex server version and also had to reset my router to factory settings, I’m guessing one of these things messed something up, but not sure where to start.

Ok, I so downgraded to Plex Media Server 1.25.8.5663 and the issue persists. I just realized that I accidentally put the Plex for Mac version in my initial post; until a few minutes ago, I was running Plex Media Server 1.26.0.5715

Well, I restarted my router and modem and I’m fine. Looks like despite resetting it to factory, I’m still having issues with that.
