Method matching for movies no longer works

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

With either agent, I get this message when I try to make matches for movies:

“No matches were found with this agent.”

For soap operas, everything is working so far.
This started happening 2 weeks ago but nothing has changed on the server.
