I get this message when using Auto Match for The Movie Database: No matches were found using this agent.
The metadata are downloaded except the thumbnails of the actors in the Cast section.
Can you tell me what i should do to fix that please?

Try to create a folder named “localshot” here : /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server
