My server is lock. I have plex pass. What to do???

still too generic. which server? windows? linux? which release? what did you do?
Can you provide logs? Have you access to your server? Can you start manually the Plex Media Server? My crystal ball is broken… we need information from you side.

Based on that I’m going to go out on a limb and say you were probably paying someone for access to their server because Plex does not provide content. People selling access to their server is against the Plex Terms of Service and it’s entirely possible that their account was shut down.
