Hello

I have problems with my plex

Nome hmAkila will not connect and has been offline for several days

Can you help me get back online or maybe get me to a new server?

I hope you can help me, as I miss my Plex movies.

Sure - download Plex Media Server, add your own media and away you go.

No it’s not mine
I have no server with media

I was able to watch movies and series until about a week ago I think, and now I can’t watch anything because hmAkila nome is offline

And I have played my annual fee

You’re SOL then I’m afraid. Selling access to servers is against Plex terms of service. It may be the case that the person you paid has had their account closed for this reason.

Well… It sounds like you might have been taken for a small ride. Perhaps purchased a membership from someone on eBay?

Plex is meant as a private, friends and family type environment for you to share your personal media with others. Some jackholes sell memberships and such on eBay (a violation of Plex terms of service) to their servers.

There’s nothing you can do to reconnect once they disconnect you, leaving you asking questions about how to access another… when it really comes down to who you know.

Your best bet is to set up your own, and feed your own needs. It’s what the rest of the legitimate Plex community does.

No, i have a plex pass
Not something from Ebay or anything else dodgy

I have had my plex pass for several years, and never had any problems until now.

Plex Pass is not for giving you access to content.
Plex Pass is to unlock some advanced features of the Plex software.

Apparently, you paid someone to get access to his Plex server.
This violates the terms and conditions of Plex.
You are truly out of luck here.

  • Plex is for accessing your own media and for sharing them with close friends and family
  • Don’t pay someone for access to his Plex server.
  • Don’t join some stranger’s plex server

The power of content access is in the hands of the server owner. Based on the way things are set up, you won’t likely find someone you don’t know that will allow you access to their stuff.

For me, I only give access to family members and a few close friends. When they use my system, it’s taxing on my PC, and my internet upload speeds.

If you have a way to reach out to your former “friend” to request access again, you’re more than welcome to try… Finding a random person willing to share with you will be incredibly hard.
