I have managed to export metadata_item_settings from the old server and add them to the new com.plexapp.plugins.library.db but the server refuses to start with this information added I seem to be missing something any suggestions?

Is this a Linux OS? If so, the DB file could now be owned by root, so that Plex server doesn’t have access permission to it.
Running on a truenas have given permissions to the file. If I import all records it fails if I manually add one the service starts ok
