Migrating from a dead Hackintosh server to a new Windows server. What can I migrate from the Mac hard drive?

My beloved Hackintosh server was taken out by a power surge. Won’t turn on anymore. But the hard drive still works!

The overall Hackintosh experience was fairly buggy so I’m planning to build a new server around Windows.

What can I bring over from the Hackintosh hard drive? Just the database file with what I’ve watched? Anything else?
