Migrating Music library from Windows to Linux, how to move ratings & playlists?

Hey All

I am wanting to migrate my Music library from a Windows PC to a Linux machine (Raspberry Pi 3). Migrating the Music is easy enough as it lives on an external HDD, but are there any additional steps I would need to perform to migrate the Music ratings & playlists?
