Migrating to new computer, So confused. Can I get my libraries back?

I am migrating to a new computer. My media files are on an external drive so I am not worried about them.

I want to keep all my libraries and playlists (Not just the media but the structure within PLEX) In other words I want everything to be exactly as I had it. I put a lof time into creating Playlists and in adding information to many of the movies. For instance, I have Beatles vidoes that are not readily available so I added my own Posters and info. Likewise for my home movies.

I made sure my extenal drive has the same letter as before

I installed the server and named it Cynthia as before.

I installed the PLEX App. When I run the app I get a very generic PLEX with standard libraries and none of my content.

When I open PLEXX on the web I do see all of my Libraries and Playlists but a message says NO CONTENT AVAILABLE.

How do I keep my libraries and playlists and have the populated with my media?

You have to move the Plex data folder and some additional settings from the old system to the new system.

See these two documents:
Move an Install to Another System
Where is the Plex Media Server data directory located?
