I want to know if I upload my Plex Server on New Laptop will my settings and movies I have on my external drives still load in the order they were saved before the computer crashed. My external drives will still have the same letter they are saved under because I wrote the drive letter on each external drive. Just want to make sure when I pull up my account on the New Laptop will the movies and series still load the original way they were saved as long as I have it under the same drive letter? Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you so much.
Your library data are not stored in your account.
They are in the plex data folder.
Which means, if you want to move to another machine, you will need to copy them over. Additionally to what you already did with keeping all the media storage on the same drive letters etc.

So on the new computer after I run Plex server to install I will go to Plex data folder and just copy what I have on there external drives with the individual letters to the Plex Data Folder one by one. I did not save anything on the crashed computer itself, but I always kept all the movies backed up on the external drives that are marked by the letters. Everytime I would log in the crashed computer It would just pull from all the drives I had connected. I have a powerful powered USB hub that could handle the different drives at once. My main thing is when I set up on the new laptop once I plug in all the drives and the letters show up correct on the computer can my library still just pull from what was already stored. I hope I’m making sense with this question, but I have never had this happen before and I have a lot of movies. Please respond.
I’m, not sure why you mention the external drives. The external drives are only storing the actual media, right?
The plex data folder though is by default on the C: drive.
If that drive is damaged and unreadable now, you unfortunately have to recreate your libraries as if they are new. Basically setting up Plex server like a wholly new installation.
Except not creating a new plex.tv user account, because you already have one.
If you had been using the modern metadata agents already on the old server, and have already activated the “watched” state sync to your account, this is about the only thing you could save. https://support.plex.tv/articles/sync-watch-state-and-ratings/
