It seems that the automatic download and selection of subtitles (from opensubtitles.org ?) doesn’t always match the correct release and I find no easy way to correct a bad match. Is this intended or something that will be fixed in the future?
Currently running Plex Media Server 1.5.2 on CentOS 7.
Please provide the full logs (settings - server - help - download logs) so we can see what’s happening.
Also please provide the XML for the file it matched incorrectly.
We need that information to begin to diagnose what could be wrong.
Well this was for media I added some time ago, but I guess I can reindex and it will find it?
But, more important, how can I remove the wrong subtitles that are not added by me.
